Eshae is so caring, and so wonderful! She is so professional every appointment and has always been so kind and respectful. I have been getting my lashes done for over 5 years now, and for a while couldn’t find a tech that would help grow out my natural lashes as well as having the extension's. My lash health is the best it’s ever been after years of breakage. I especially recommend this spa to anyone who wants this service & has light sensitivity to their eyes. I have epilepsy & thought I would have to give up lashes because of the light shining through my lids even with my eyes closed but coming here has changed that perspective. No bright light in my eyes and the service is comfortable for me. I’ve never found anyone that can do such great work without a bright light in my face. Also want to add she suggested me a bed topper when my son cracked my spine, the same one she keeps on her lash bed and it helped heal my back more than physical therapy ever did. I wasn’t sleeping at night at all, and this bed topper saved my life and my back. She didn’t even have to push me to buy it cause laying on it once sold it to me. Products are absolutely amazing especially Her eyelash serum 🔥 Service is amazing, and eshae as a person is just impossible not to love! You’re missing out if you don’t come here for your services. I can’t wait to try my first facial with her soon!! Thanks girl for keeping my lashes always perfect. You never fail to squeeze me in when needed and i’ll forever be thankful for you & your services.

I’ve been going to eshae specifically for over 3 years now and my lashes are literally amazing everytime!! The atmosphere of the shop is the bomb from the minute you walk in and all of the employees are extremely welcoming! A few weeks back I went to Madison for a brow lamination and tint and needless to say I’m getting it again. I’ve recommended kae galore to everyone I know interested in getting lashes!!

I have been a loyal customer with KAE Galore & Eshae for about 4 years now and when I first came to her my lashes were very short, unhealthy, and very weak. Eshae has surpassed my expectations, she took time and worked with my lashes making them not only grow but also making them healthy and strong! I have never had a bad experience ever with this business or any of the employees in the shop. You can go in and relax, take you a nap and not have to worry about waking up not liking what you see. KAE Galore is the only place in Roanoke I would ever go to get my lashes done. Not only is Eshae the most amazing master lash tech, she also uses the best quality products. I have sensitive eyes and even with her regular lash glue I have never left with red eyes or crunchy lashes (IYKYK). Plus the ambiance, comfortable bed, and free naps have kept be coming back for years. There is no one I’d recommend more. If you are on the fence, just book already!

I’ve never left this establishment not feeling pampered and ecstatic with the service I’ve received. I’m not sure what magic they’re using here but the retention with these lashes are INSANE! If you are getting your lashes here do not forget to pick up the lash bath kit and lash serum. Each time you clean your lashes at home you get to indulge again in a pampering experience! The lash bath pump provides a foaming soap that makes you feel squeaky clean, no more heavy lash feeling from dirt and oil buildup. The bath has no harsh chemicals in it, which makes me feel good about using it being so close to my eye itself. The brush in the kit is the SOFTEST brush I’ve ever felt, it really helps ensure you’re throughly cleaning each lash and getting to your lash line. Every time I use the lash bath I’m surprised at how fluffy and new my lashes look! You truly are missing out if you don’t visit this shop for any of their services offered! You will not regret the outcome and experience this salon has to offer!
